Using T-Stats as a Data Collection and Analysis Tool: Administrating T-Stats
T-Stats puts you in control. As an administrator you decide who can use the system, what they can see and do, and fine tune it so it works just how you want it to.
Managing Your Users
As an Administrator, it is up to you to decide who can access T-Stats. To invite a new user, all you need to do is enter their email address and decide what level of access you want them to have.
Administrators have the same level of access as you. It is wise to only have 2-3 administrators of the system.
Partners are able to add data to certain trackers (you decide which ones). Partners might include other members of staff in your organisation or other organisations, as well as accommodation and attractions.
Viewers can only see data, they cannot add, change or delete it. You can decide which trackers they can see, simply by ticking the boxes of those trackers.
It really is that simple. And if you want to stop any user logging into the system, you simply delete them from the user list.
As an Administrator, you have complete access to all parts of T-Stats. You can add, change or delete data in any tracker. This is a very powerful position to be in, but is important in case anything needs correcting or you need to update the system.
If you want to add new trackers to T-Stats, change the look of the Dashboard, or change the format of the Monthly Report, you need to contact us. In most cases we can do this the same day as you make the request.
Notifications is a powerful facility that automatically sends emails to accommodation establishments and/or attractions to remind them to enter their data each month. You can set up your own personal message, and decide which day of the month it is sent out. Once this facility is set up, you can forget all about it, as it runs automatically in the background.
