Visit Doncaster requested a system to track visitor attractions, accommodation, website and social media, traffic counts, footfall, conference bookings, tourist information centres, Doncaster Sheffield Airport and weather.

The City of London T-Stats system tracks a broad range of tourism data, such as: visits to attractions, movements at City Airport, footfall, visitors to its City Information Centres by country of residence, social media engagement and website traffic, and weather.

Botswana formerly used an early version of T-Stats, which operated offline. In 2016 they advanced their system to an online database and now capture statistics including accommodation, wildlife attractions, visitor survey and visitor arrivals data.

The Isle of Man is using T-Stats to track tourist arrivals to the island, as well as arrivals by air and sea, accommodation occupancy, cruise visitors, events, and restaurant utilisation.

The Falkland Islands Tourist Board (FITB) sought to create a database system that would provide insight into the visitor economy and an understanding of how local residents and their businesses impact tourism. With the aim of assisting local business better their product and service offering to visitors.
We developed a modular T-Stats online system for the FITB that consists of: Tourist Arrivals, Cruise Arrivals, Accommodation (occupancy data), and Domestic Survey. This provides FITB with the data they need to grow their visitor economy based on the goals outlined above.

Cotswolds Tourism partnership established a unique T-Stats system that focuses on tracking TIC activity, social media and website traffic, accommodation occupancy, visitors to attractions, weather, and economic indicators.
The Cotswolds is an area in south central England containing the Cotswold Hills, a range of rolling hills and the predominantly rural landscape contains stone-built villages, historical towns and stately homes and gardens. Cotswolds Tourism is a public-private sector partnership responsible for leading tourism development in the wider Cotswolds region including Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Cotswold and West Oxfordshire local authority areas as well as the wider Cotswolds Conservation Board region.
NewcastleGateshead Initiative (NGI) is a member of the Northern Tourism Alliance in England. NGI sought to have a database system developed to house all NGIs historical data and the data of members of the alliance. The project objectives centred on creating a destination data analysis tool that would empower NGI and its fellow members with access to most up-to-date accommodation data that they would be able cross-analyse with other variables, including economic indicators, visitors to attractions, weather and events
Newcastle (a city on the north bank of the River Tyne) and Gateshead (a town on the south bank of the River Tyne) have been transformed into a single visitor destination: NewcastleGateshead. NewcastleGateshead Initiative is the destination management and marketing agency; a public private partnership supported by Gateshead Council and Newcastle City Council, working with around 170 private sector partner organisations across NewcastleGateshead and the wider region.
The South Pacific Tourist Organisation (SPTO) sought to create a data sharing network to enable all South Pacific nations to have instant access to tourism statistics for the region. With the purpose of utilising the regions tourism data to identify trends and feed that analysis into tourism management and marketing decisions.
SPTO in partnership with Acorn T-Stats developed a T-Stats system to house tourist arrivals data and a library and project module to give users access to timely regional and local tourism data. Cruises are responsible for generating a significant proportion of visitors to the South Pacific. For this reason SPTO wanted a module that enabled the user to access clear and detailed cruise visitor arrivals data. The T-Stats user has the ability to select one or multiple countries over a specified period of time.
Visit Lincoln is a member of the T-Stats Heritage Cities Benchmarking system launched in November 2015, with 6 participating destinations.

It’s known for the medieval Lincoln Cathedral. Visit Lincoln is the official destination management organisation for Lincoln and surrounding area. A partnership of private, public and third sector organisations.
Make It York needed a system to track their visitor economy as well as benchmark themselves against similar destinations. They have since come on board with the T-Stats Heritage Cities Benchmarking system.
York a historic walled city offering many historic attractions as well as cultural and sporting activities. The city’s Destination Management Organisation (DMO) – Make It York – brings together the work currently delivered by Visit York, Science City York (SCY) and City of York Council’s inward investment, events and festivals teams into one new strategic and dynamic company.
The Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation (LTDC) commissioned a tourism database that would have the ability to dynamically display data relating to their visitor economy. Improving engagement and utilisation of tourism data by government bodies to help the LTDC grow their visitor economy.
To assist the LTDC achieve their goal, Acorn developed a T-Stats system that includes an Arrivals Mapping function. This involves a dynamic world map displaying tourist arrivals to Lesotho from every country in the world. Hovering the mouse over a country will produce the number of tourists that visited Lesotho for the chosen period of time (selected in the bar below the map).

Visit Greenwich is a member of the T-Stats Heritage Cities Benchmarking system which launched in November 2015.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is a borough in south-east London, England. Visit Greenwich is the Destination Management Company, a partnership based, not for profit, Community Interest Company. Visit Greenwich is a public/private partnership, led by a board of tourism professionals, representing different sectors of the industry, with an independent chair. Their job is to promote Greenwich and the surrounding area as a visitor destination and place to stay.
